How do I disable email notifications that I'm receiving once someone signs up?

Hi Celestina,
There are two ways to stop email notification:
1) Click on Unsubscribe link in "New Comment" notification emails.
2) If you're a registered user you can find Unsubscribe link, clicking the "Reply" link under the same comment where you've been subscribed, it'll be in the "Menage Subscription" section on the bottom of reply comment form.

Is there anyway you can make the subscribe/unsubscribe link more visible on the site? It is not clear for many how they unsubscribe, and we are getting complaints, which is not good.
