Hello, I would like to ask how can I integrate the notifications to my own notifications system.

When the comments are added, is there a filter to get the comment so that I can call a function to add my own notification?

Please note, wpDiscuz is a WP native comment system extension. All what you want are in Wordpress core, not in wpDiscuz. WordPress has many hooks in comment adding and author notifying processes. Please read WordPress hook codex or ask a support question on WordPress support forum.
