Any way to remove the bar across the top of the comments? Seems like a duplication and am considering changing comment plugins bc I think it's deterring people from commenting. The row above the commenting plugin I think it's confusing for users

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms. Edit the Default Form and uncheck the "Enable subscription bar" option. Save it and delete all caches.
