Hey, I am using wpDiscuz and its awesome! 

I just cant figure how can I change the color of the number of the votes, currently its light gray and I want to change it to be more bold. If there is a chance to change it that the color will be different whether it is on above 0 or below 0 that would be awesome too.

I'm sorry, but there is no such option yet. We can suggest You alternative variant to show separate voting statistic.
 
Please navigate to  Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Show/Hide admin page. 
There is “Comment voting statistic mode option, check “separate count”.
