hi i use wpdiscuz plugin and i use google chorme on android but when i click on c-vote-link or wc-reply-button they page go up

the problem on google chrome i use Xwalk on My Webview App
and to fix this problem i use
this
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.0/jquery.min.js
and use WordPress plugin Autoptimize to fix this proplem
