Firstly it's a fantastic plugin and everything seems to work good apart from the javascript not minifying

390.8KiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.

wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/assets/js/wpdiscuz-user-content.js

wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/assets/js/wpdiscuz-social.js

Is there any way to minify the script below as its keeping my gtMetrix score low?

We've checked and there wasn't such issue.  Please tell us a little more about the issue. How have you tried to minify the files?
