Hi, sorry I couldn't find a dedicated forum for the Private Comments addon so forgive me if this is not the correct forum!
This is my scenario but I am not sure if it is possible?
1) Only admins can post private comments, but other users may post private replies to any comment.
2) Add custom fields to the reply form that display only when a user selects the reply to be private.
Can this be done?

At this moment it is not possible. However, will add these to our to-do list for future releases.
