Hi Tom,

I think I don't have any conflicting plugins. Here's a list of the plugins I used on the website:

  • Akismet
  • API KEY for Google Maps
  • Comments - wpDiscuz
  • Contact Form 7
  • Content Views
  • Cooked Recipe Plugin
  • Duplicator
  • Flow-Flow
  • Forms Management System
  • Imsanity
  • MCE Table Buttons
  • Multifile Upload Field for Contact Form 7
  • Redux Framework
  • Reviews Custom Post Types
  • Smeta
  • Social Connect
  • Social Deals Engine
  • Table Generator
  • Ultimate Social Media PLUS
  • WP Ultimate CSV Importer
  • WP User Avatar
  • wpDiscuz - Google reCAPTCHA
  • wpDiscuz Media Uploader
  • WPeMatico
  • Yoast SEO
  • Zip Recipes

There's a rating field on my comment which I need required to be filled in. I tried making them not-required for the purpose of testing however I received the same error. I switched it backed to required for now.

Could you please look into my settings and see why is this happening? Where can I send my website's login details?

Need this fixed asap.

The review creator plugin expects some extra value when comment form is submitted. When it doesn't received this value it returns this error. This extra field is only added in default comment fom, wpDiscuz form has not such field. Even if you've added a custom field with the same name it has no chance to work. I think the plugin you use is "Reviews Custom Post Types". I'm really sorry wpDiscuz is not compatible with your custom created Review Post Type. You should not use them together. I recommend edit wpDiscuz form and uncheck it for this custom post type.

Is there any remedy to this? Like custom coding the Reviews plugin?

If not I'm gonna have to ask for a refund since the main use I purchased the extensions of the plugin is to work well with the Reviews post type.

Hi Michael,

I'm sorry but this is not refundable case. wpDiscuz is available for free and you can test it with all plugins before starting to buy an addon.

Please read our Refunds Policy: https://gvectors.com/terms-and-conditions/#refund

wpDiscuz and all addons can be used on your website, on other content types. This one is not a native content type, this is a plugin. Please contact this plugin support and ask them check this incompatibility issue. They can contact us for any question. We're ready to collaborate to make these two plugin compatible.
