So I would like to get my old comments to show up is WPdiscuz. Is there a way to import them into Wpdiscuz? Thank you

You don't need to import comments to wpDiscuz. It's enough to import comments to WordPress, wpDiscuz will automatically get WodPress comments. wpDiscuz is a native comment system extension.
