First, thanks for a successful plugin. I have found the ability to designate user roles beneath the comments of each user very useful. However, I just discovered that the "customer" role settings override the "contributor" settings. This means that if I designate a "contributor" to be in one color and have the phrase "Member," if they become purchase anything in WooCommerce and become "customers," their "contributor" settings are overridden.

This is important for me, because I sell subscriptions, and WooCommerce offers the possibility of making active subscribers "contributors." Then, if their subscription expires, they cease being "contributors" but remain "customers."

Please let me know how to override the "customer" styling.

Thanks in advance,

Asaf

Hi Asaf,

I'm afraid but it's hard to understand. I really can't follow you, could you please try to explain it again? Do you mean that user role changes don't affect Comment Author labels?
