Is there anyway to add the link to the current comment in the "share" button? This way if someone wants to bookmark a specific comment they can just copy the link? e.g.

https://www.gvectors.com/comment-page-1/#comment-100

This functionality appears within the Wordpress comment window for registered users (e.g. Submitted on 2015/08/30 at 1:44 pm) but it's not exposed on the web side for non-registered commenters.

My blog doesn't allow user registration, so there is no way for this functionality to be exposed to non-registered users.

Similarly in 2.3 you added HTML tags, but there is no way to display a notice or dialog on the guest posting side.
