When someone comments,the page is not reloading or comment is not directly displaying.We have to manually refresh the page to see comment.There is any solution for this? I am new to wordpress..

please leave some URL to allow us inspect HTML/CSS/JS conflicts. Make sure you've disabled guest comment moderation in Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin age. Also make sure there is no Anti-spam plugin activated.
