When I using wpDiscuz the comment function can't work.
The moment I click comment button and I will get 404 with admin-ajax.php.
Can you help me?

Hi @oldpan,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > General admin page enable the "Use WordPress native AJAX functions" option and check again.
