Hi when I click on the color picker, the only part that shows is the top part that says "color picker" - there is no color picker tool.

This is not wpDiscuz issue. There is some JS conflict with other plugins. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and check the color picker, this will allow you to find the one which loads incorrect JS code and affects wpDiscuz Color Picker.
