I can download it somewhere and install it on my site and use it with Contact Form 7?

Hi dimbays,

I'm sorry but you couldn't use both the wpDiscuz Simple CAPTCHA and wpDiscuz Google reCAPTCHA addon with Contact Form 7. 

I suggest you check this plugin:  https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-captcha/
