I need change somethink on template:

x Comment on (post title)

need change to:

Comments: x

I want translate this but Czech language have more plural name like: 3 komantaře, 5 komentářů. so i need change to Komentář(e): x

Where i can modify this view?

I'm sorry but this is not a simple change, this requires lots of custom codding in phrase manager and front-end section. I can't put a simple code here it requires more time. I'll update this topic once we got some time-frame for your requirement.
