Hello!

Once I have activated the plugin, the performances are catastrophic.

The loading page is longer and I don't know why?

Any help will be useful.

wpDiscuz is very light plugin, you can see that here:

I can't say what's wrong on your website, I'd recommend test it on a fresh WP installation with other plugins you have currently installed.
