[Solved] Author comment Thumbnail

After update all the plugins I lost the Author thumbnail image.

Hi @teiam,

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > admin page and make sure the "Avatar Display" option is enabled.

if the issue still exists that means that you have done some customization.

Yes, Avatar Display Option is enabled.

ok, please let us know have you done any customization?

If yes please rename the customization folder name and check again.

Yes, there is some customisation but in Appearance < customise < Custom css

but someone else done this part for me and before updating the plugin, it was work. Unfortunately I don't know which part of customise makes this problem?

@teiam,

As you can see in the video recorded below the value of the .wc-comment-left  class is set none, that's the reason for the issue. You'll need to set it as a block to make an avatar visible.
