I have a subscription site and I only allow members to post comments on pages, however, I would like readers of my blog to be able to comment without having to be a subscription member.
Is there anyway to allow non-members to comment on blog posts, while only allowing members to comment on other pages?

I'm sorry but there isn't such an option yet. This setting is general for all content types.
