After the 5.1 update, using an internal link in a post to the comments section header is broken.

The behavior before the update was like this:

http://website.com/broken-by-update/#Share_your_thoughts_with_us

After update:

http://website.com/broken-by-update/#281_________________________________Share_your_thoughts_with_us

The update is adding the comment count to the header link so none of my pages linking to the comment header from within the post content work anymore. It is a BIG issue. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
