I already use a plugin Contact Form 7 on my site, and there is integration with Google Recaptcha 3, and its scripts are loaded on all pages of the site. Do I need separate ReCaptcha for wpDiscuz, and if it is needed, will it not conflict?

I'm sorry but i's hard to say. We're not familiar with the solutions you use. You should test it yourself. It's easy to see. If all works fine then those are compatible.
