WPforo possible on Russian language? If yes how I can install ru language pack? Also interesting French and Dutch (Nederland) languages. Thanks.

Yes, it already has translation files.
Just change WordPress language in Dashboard > Settings > General admin page and wpForo will automatically load Russian translation. But I'm not sure if it's 100% translated.
