Hi,
the permissions are not checked for the number of recent posts. When I go to the forum as a guest, I may not see a recent post in the widget section because I am not eligible for the last 10 posts. I should see the last 10 posts that are public. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi mickdom,
This is a known problem. This was done to avoid performance issues.
We're working to find some workaround in this case. We'll change this logic asap.Â
