Hi,

I think there is a bug with this feature.

If you go to /forum/account/username/ (Forum>Members>User>Account)

The User Groups Secondary only shows 6 options

If we go to /wp-admin/user-edit.php?user_id=1 (Forum Dashboard>Members>Edit User)

We can see all 7 options at the bottom

Hi @lasikie,

Please delete all members cache using [Delete User Cache] button located in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.

Then, disable Users Cache setting "Enable Member Cache" > NO in Dashboard > Settings > Features admin page.

Also, make sure the HTML Cache is disabled ( Dashboard > Settings > Features admin page).

Delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on forum front.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I've just tried it and the same issue is present.

Hi @lasikie,

We'll need admin access to find the problem. Please send login details to info[at]gvectors email address to allow us to check it.

We'll also be able to find the reason for the issue you've mentioned in this post:  https://gvectors.com/forum/general-questions/usergroups-members-count-wrong/

Hi @lasikie,

We've fixed the issue on your website. Please don't update wpForo version, until we've released the new one, otherwise, the changes will be lost.

Ok thank you.

Was the problem caused by anything we had done?

No, it was a small conflict with wpForo User Custom Fields addon.
