Hi, I can not configure my WP Forum to send emails to registered users when they create new themes

Hi rubengp,
wpForo has built-in forum/topic subscription confirmation function. User should subscribe manually. User clicks on “Confirm my subscription” link and starts getting new topic notification emails.
