Could you please explain what do you mean saying "more sites"? What is a "site"? How can be site in a website? Do you mean a page?

wpForo has all necessary functions and features to control users accesses to forums and topics. please follow to wpForo documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/wpforo-settings/forum-accesses/

For website access control you should use some paid membership plugin, wpForo doesn't have control optins for whole website. And please understand the basic terms in wpForo explained here: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/wpforo-and-restrict-content-pro/#post-21412

It would be cool if the text in wpForo – User Custom Fields was true 🙂
