I am logged and have access to create topics. However, when I attempt to create a topic, it keeps asking to Login or Register. See video: https://cl.ly/913e4923bbdf

It seems there is some additional plugin caused this issue. Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.
