You need to change the wordpress current active theme (Dashboard > Appearance > Themes admin page).

You don't need to get rid of your theme, it's just for testing.

Thank you jerseydeanne,

This has not any relation to wpForo.
Before the page loading, there are js errors on your websites. Also, your website works slowly as it requests some external websites.

Please find the reason for the issues (js errors) shown in the screenshot and everything will work fine.

Try to deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation.

Please note that I've unplugged and checked every single plugin. That was not it.

Hello, Can you guys please fix the page from reloading when you comment?  It takes around 17 seconds, and the other person has to refresh their screen to see what they wrote??  People are getting turned off, at least tell me you are working on it.

Thank you JD

Please note that when you create new topic or post a reply it refresh the page. Forum doesn't have AJAX powered submitting option. So all is correct and I don't see any issue. After the refresh your theme adds the loading bar on white background. If you remove that loading animation from your theme you'll see that there is no any extra refresh, there is a one refresh after new topic submit. That's normal. Page should be refreshed when you submit new topic form

Also please change the Forum Menu.

Your forum is located here: https://jerseydeanne.com/tearoom/

Not here:  https://jerseydeanne.com/community/

Or edit the forum page and change the page slug to 'tearoom'.

this is from Word press, we have deleted social floating bar and giphy. They found this on your end.

One error is: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function retrieve_password() in /wpcom-144978590/wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-includes/wpf-hooks.php:1924

WP is having their team look into another issue regarding Reddit, a button maybe?

It's Not a topic, it's a comment.  I have to find how to take off the animation? I'll contact the theme at least I know where to look.

I will take care of the proper URL right now.

I want this to work so I can buy the embed and then the banners.

Thank you for your help, JD

Hi jerseydeanne

Could you please let us know us the WordPress version you use? When you've deleted this error does it appear again?
