I downloaded super socializer plugin and It works for login page. But in comment section, social login option is missing. But when I disable your plugin and start to use default comment form, It function (you can see on the printscreen). Btw: I am using Avada theme, maybe it could help.

Please delete cache before checking as guest. Also navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page, edit the Default Form and click on save button, it may help to reset form cache. If nothing works I'd recommend change the plugin to WP Social Login or something else.
