I just purchased this add-on but when i activate it i get this message"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this site." can you walk me through adding this. I also sent you an email with my order number.

Please make sure you're admin. Is so please deactivate all plugins (except wpDiscuz) then activate this addon, then activate other plugins.

Have yo disabled all plugins? Do you know that wpDiscuz addons don't have such message, this definitly doesn't come from addons. Something is irregular in your WordPress installation. Please let me know the WP version and installation type(single, multisite)

its Wordpress 4.7.1 and it's a single site. I'm using ehost domain for the wordpress site.
