Check the use_smiles option in Wordpress settings. It's on Settings > Writing page.

Hi Dragan,
This can be plugin/theme conflict, we can't do such a deep debugging of this problem from front-end. I see two ways for this:
- You should deactivate all plugins one by one and check after each deactivation.
- Send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us check this site specific issue directly form your dashboard.
