Hi Ramon,
Problems come from Cloudflare's Rocket Loader. As far as we see you use Cloudflare CDN. The Rocket Loader is one of the most functions which affects WordPress plugins JS functions. So there is a plugin especially for this kind of conflicts called "CloudFlare Rocket Loader Ignore", you can download here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cloudflare-rocket-loader-ignore/
Please install this plugin and add these wpDiscuz JS files in Ignor List:
- jquery.tooltipster.min.js
- validator.min.js
- jquery.cookie.min.js
- jquery.autogrowtextarea.min.js
- wpdiscuz.min.js

Then delete cache and do CTRL+F5 on browser.
