I use Newspaper theme at: https://www.tohaitrieu.net
If switch to default, I will lose all my settings.
Have any other way to fix this?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Editor > admin page in the footer.php file you need to check is the wp_foot hook exists or not, as shown in the screenshot.

Please compress/zip current active theme and send to support[at]gvectors.com email address. We'll check it and provide with some solution.
Also, let us know the list of plugins, that you use.
