Just wondering if there is a way to hide my post's feature image on the 2nd/3rd/4th+ pages?

I'm sorry but that's not possible, because your featured image is not comes through post content, it's hard displayed before post content in your theme template files. It only can be removed by editing template file.

Another option to not have a featured image, just put the featured image in first subPage content of the post.
