Hi Alejandro,
We just checked and found the reason of this issue. ACP only adds the button when the "Pagination Button Layout" is set "Tabbed". It was set "Default".
but button should appear in both tabbed and default modes ¿no? .. we use only default mode .. we don't like tabbed, but button is easier to add the multipages. Can we make it appear also?

Can you please tell me how to make the button appear in the visual editor if mode is set to "default" mode ?
We need that button for our bloggers, we only use the default mode bc is the only one that fits our design, twith the numbers ... and need the button to appear there.
thanks.
Hi Alejandro,
The default mode is the same Wordpress default pagination, which is being handled using <!--nextpage--> shortcode. So there can not be ACP button because, the ACP button only adds [nextpage title="..."] ... page text... [/nextpage] shortcode. If you don't use ACP pagination button with titles you can deactivate it. There is not any mean to install ACP and set the default mode. The "Default" mode means "Tun off ACP".
Hope you see what I'm writing about. Unfortunetly Wordpress doesn't have a button for its own <!--nextpage--> shortcode. So you'll have to add it manually if you use the default [1][2][3] pagination. ACP doesn't support this pagination, it's turned off currently and its button can't add <!--nextpage--> shortcode.
