I am having this problem as well this plugin either doesn't work properly with Avada theme or has conflict with WP Rich Snippets or Author Bio plugin http://www.dragonblogger.com/jelly-combs-mini-bluetooth-keyboard-review/ it displays button but hides text and pagination isn't working when clicking on different pages.
