Hello,
How do I show the value of a user custom field checkbox with a shortcode in the user registration email?

The default way, like [user_field_9f2aff5] works well for text custom fields but it does not work for the checkbox. It does not show any value in the email.

Hi @mhit ,

I apologize for any confusion caused. You are correct that there is currently no built-in method to display multiple values from a custom field, such as checkboxes, in an email message. However, I will notify our developers about this issue so that they can consider implementing this functionality in future releases.

Dear Razmik,

Thanks again for looking into this and for notifying the developers. It would be great if multiple values from checkboxes can be shown in email messages.

Could you please let me know if there is not any other way or workaround to show multiple values of checkboxes in the new user registration email?

It's already implemented. Please update the wpForo to the latest version, 2.2.0, and try again.
