[Solved] Issue with custom fields

Thank you so much for this. I just updated to wpForo 1.7.0, User Custom Fields 1.1.5, Advanced Attachments 2.0.1, Embeds 2.0.2, and Private Messages 1.2.4.

I ran into this same problem and your workaround did the trick!

However, I'm still having a problem with my custom fields, specifically a drop-down field. I can see the data in the database, but it doesn't appear on my Account page. I can set the custom field drop-down field value on my Account page and save, but then the value disappears on my Account page. Maybe this is related to the bug that will be fixed in the next version of User Custom Fields?

Hi @tim40,

We've just tested it on our test website and don't find such an issue.

Could you please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page click on the "Delete User Cache" and "Delete All Caches" buttons and check again.

If it doesn't help, please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address.I'll asked the developers to check it for you.

It seems to be working now. Sorry for the bother. Maybe it took a little while for the cache to fully clear.
