You don't have to add this php code. this is for people who are familiar with PHP and WordPress template files. They are customizing templates. If you don't have custom requirements you should not use this function. All data are automatically displayed in User Profile page.

Thank you tom and right, the costum fields are at the Profil Page.
But the right Place for me is, that the custom fields where shown at the User Info left inside a Topic, as i written before.
So, i have to add this line ..... where?
