Custom Fields Errors upon Installtion

I am using WP 4.9.8

When I open the control panel and click the tabs, I get the following errors:

User Fields Manager

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WpforoUcf::fieldsData() in /home/ourblogginglife/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforo-user-custom-fields/options/tabs/fields.php on line 28

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WpforoUcf::formFieldData() in /home/ourblogginglife/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforo-user-custom-fields/options/tabs/register.php on line 116

Account Form

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WpforoUcf::formFieldData() in /home/ourblogginglife/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforo-user-custom-fields/options/tabs/account.php on line 70

Profile Page

I am using forum 1.5.2 and 1.1.2 addon.

When the extended addon is installed, the forum fields don't work.

When I inactivate the addon, the fields are all fine again.

Please assist.

Could you please deactivate User Custom field addon, then delete it. Then install the zip file again. It looks like not all files are uploaded to your server and some files are missing.
