I searched the forum and found where someone said to add code snippet, that did not work.

There were a few posts which refereneced a screen cast which is no longer available.

I have 3 custom fields in my user registration, which are required. However I cannot see the fields anywhere on user account or profile even though I have them set to show.

I need to be able to see them as the answers determine whether I approve the user or not!

Thank you for any assistance.

Cheryl

Hi @cheryl-microutsicos,

please provide a screenshot of that field's options, where it is set, and where it has to show, but doesn't, also what field type you have used.

Ok i think i figured this out. In the dashboard wp foro members, i click "edit profile" because i need to verify their agency before activating. When i click that it brings up their name, info, etc. but no custom fields. Then if i go to a diff tab and then go BACK to profile it shows under their profile stats. why don't the fields show to me as a moderator with the main fields so i can edit? I cannot edit those fields, maybe that's the issue.

Am I not a moderator being an admin? I can't even edit my "forum usergroup" under wpforo members. (was going to make sure i was moderator). I would think as admin (i am in the admin group of wpforo) i could edit all fields.

@cheryl-microutsicos,

Have you added those fields in the Account tab, or only in profile Tab?
