Hello,
a private chat with a group of 4 users has been created under private messages. One user does not see this chat and can only enter this chat with the link from the e-mail message. This user cannot write anything in this chat and receives the message "Replies are disabled".
All authorizations are set correctly and this user can write in the other private chats without any problems.
How can i solve this problem?

Please check the "Min number of forum posts user must have" option. It's located in the Private Messages addon's settings page.

Could you please ask the user if he/she has pressed the hide button in the conversation?
If the button is clicked, the conversation will no longer be visible to the user. However, they will still be able to access it via the link provided in the email content.
I have solved it in the meantime. My assumption was that it was due to the user rights. Three users in the chat were admins, and one of them was not an admin. I gave him admin rights and then it worked. But that's not what I would like. From my point of view, users with different authorisations are allowed to communicate with each other.
Could you please let us know if the wpForo User Custom Fields addon is installed on your website? If so, please deactivate the addon and check again.
