It's not the same. It seems you had not deleted the cache and has not done Ctrl+F5 on front before checking. i see all is good, the issue is resolved:

some topic doesn't show any instagram after 3 posts..

This is URL issue, post another Instagram URL, this is not wpForo nor CSS issue.

I don't think so.. Every link is same, so why just one or two replies doesn't show the embed.. it's weird... btw, thanks for css fix.

I see all works fine. The CSS code fixed style issue and there is no any problem with 3+ images.
