It used to cross post both ways, but now only from forum posts to blog comments but not blog comments to forum posts. I'm not sure if it has to do with my recent update to Wordpress 5.9.2 and I'm running an outdated cross posting version of 2.1.3.

I just want to make sure before I buy again, that if it's outdated it will cause the blog comments not to post to wpforo forum?

I am running wpforo 1.7.7

wpdiscuz 5.3.5

and wordpress 5.9.2

I have no plans to update my wpforo or wpdiscuz. I just want it to work.

Hi @flaren,

You want to make sure that if you update Blog Cross Posting, it won't cross post your WP post's to forum post's. Did I get you right?

@kylew no, I meant that I wanted it to cross post comments both ways. But I found the culprit. I updated my Wordpress and it stopped working so I just reverted it back to the old version.

I have one last question, does the voice commenting addon from wpdiscuz crosspost to wpforo too if I use the latest blog crosspost addon? Also do you have plans to add voice commenting addon on wpforo too?

We cannot give you a right answer as you are using old version of the addon and wpForo plugin, using the last version of the addon and wpForo will work correct.

That function is not available for now but I will send it to wpDiscuz addon Dev team, I will let you know if the feature will be available.
