Cross Posting OFF and No Forum Choices for Certain Usergroup

OK thanks. That seemed to resolve the drop-down issue for that UserGroup, though it now provides the Author with what I would deem "Administrative rights" which is to add Forums on the top floating WP Admin toolbar ("Forum Dashboard>Forums>Add New Forum>") which is not their area of intended privilege.

Perhaps if there is no workaround there's a plugin to hide "Forum Dashboard" for this UserGroup? Hmmm....

I think I figured out how to do it with my Custom Admin Interface plugin. Thanks.
