Hi. Since the latest update of the add-on, new comments added in the forum cross posting do not show in the post itself. Here's an example

Post

https://www.phenomlab.com/changing-passwords-weakens-security/

Doesn't show any comments, yet the forum cross post has several

Any thoughts ? This is a new post published today with the add-on updated yesterday. Tried clearing cache etc but no changes.

Thanks

Make sure this is not a split or merged topic and this is connect to the post. Edit the post and save it again. Post a comment on post page and check it in thread. Also Make sure the according cross-posting way is enabled in Forums > Settings > Addons > Cross-posting admin page

Confirmed in all cases - still no cross posting for comments though from forum -> post

Hi @mcutting,

This is your website specific issue, we couldn't find it on our test websites. We need admin access to find and fix it. Could you please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.

Hi. Sorry for the delay, and thanks for the response. I will create an account (admin) for you, which will trigger an email to support@gvectors.com. Can you let me know if you experience any issues ?

Regds
