I have installed the Blog Cross Posting plugin, save settings, but nothing happened after posting a new post.

Hi David,
Please make sure the Cross-Posting is on, you should choose the target Forum:
Once you selected the target forum, it'll be activated:
Also please delete all caches and delete wpForo Cache in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page. This can be a cache issue too.
