Try to delete all caches. This is a cache issue for sure. Don't forget to press on the "Update Forums Statistic"

Probably those topics are private.
In any case if you can uninstall the wpForo plugin uninstall it, then delete it, find and install again. If you have some cache plugin exclude the wpForo pages from the plugin settings and check again.

I already unistall it and reainstall them, delete what ?

Also the video posted is about adding a new topic/post on the forum, there was never a problem with that. Where in the video did you use cross blog posting?
