Hi,
Please let us know after which action you noticed the issue. Have you migrated your website recently? It’s also possible that a plugin or theme update caused this problem.
By default, the wpForo Advanced Attachments add-on doesn’t include any functionality that would make images disappear. This issue is most likely caused by a plugin conflict or a migration-related problem.

To be honest i'm not sure. I don't think I added any plugins recently. I added Updraft Plus about a month ago but the attachments worked after that. Maybe it was an auto update?
