If you deactivate img attachments to a forum category, members are still able to upload images by simply drag and drop the images into the text box. This shouldn't be possible since image attachments has been deactivated for the group in "forum accesses".
They cannot use the img attachment link but they can still drag and drop images for uploads, which doesn't make sense.

Please update the addon to the latest version (v. 3.2.1), delete all kinds of caches and check again.
